Training consciousness requires your own continuous effort. Practice alone is not enough to reach it quickly—you must also keep giving, offering your efforts in service to this world. In the past, many high-level souls who came to Earth did so to serve. They also served across other dimensions. It is through giving that one receives the rewards that transcend all dimensions, and through this, energy accumulates more quickly.
