意識進化是很簡單的，不需要聽很多很復雜的東西，我們學很多復雜的東西，頭腦要簡單化就要花很長的時間，裝過多東西的時候，又增加負擔。越來越簡單，頭腦一下子空了，自然而然就平靜了，就沒有東西可以再釋放。

The evolution of consciousness is simple. You do not need to hear many complicated teachings. The more complexity you take in, the harder it becomes to return the mind to simplicity. When too much is absorbed, it becomes a burden. But as things become simpler, the mind naturally empties—and in that emptiness, stillness arises, and nothing more needs to be released.
