光在哪裡呢？當我們思想很純淨的時候，其實每一個人內在都有光，都是很光亮的。但是經過我們的頭腦以後，這個光就變得非常的暗淡。當進入我們內在用意識的時候，光的強度就會增強，而且直到源頭，都能夠看得到這個光，這就是我們內在的光。

Where is the light? When our minds are very pure, in fact, everyone has light within, and it is very bright. But after passing through our minds, this light becomes dim. When we enter our inner self and use our consciousness, the intensity of the light will increase, and this light can be seen all the way to the source. This is the light within us.
