揚升是一個非常偉大的事情，要做一件偉大的事情，第一個一定要從謙卑開始。其實都是我們這個意識的轉變而已，因為我們這個意識由外而轉向內的時候，自然就提升了，只要你每一天給自己足夠的愛，你就可以成為揚升大師。這種足夠的愛就是讓我們不要有負面的想法，不用抱怨，隨時處在這種感恩，帶著一種愛的意識，你就能夠揚升了。

Ascension is a great thing. To achive a great thing one must first start from being humble. Actually, it is just a shift of our consciousness, when our outward consciousness turns inward, we naturally ascend. If you give yourself enough love everyday, you will become a master of ascension.  Enough love so that we have no negative thoughts and no complaints. Always be grateful, stay in consciousness of love, then you will be able to ascend.
