Learn to trust life. In the past, many masters would only pass on the teaching after you had endured trials, for without firm resolve it is impossible to receive. It is no small thing to decide to shed the darkness. At times, conflict with family may grow intense. This is natural—for family members see you daily and at any moment may stir up the shadows inside you. It can be hard to bear, yet it is normal.
