每一個人的成長都必須把自己創造的負面的東西完全釋放，你的心沒釋放這些的時候，就堵住你跟內在的聯繫，跟你內在高我的連結，你沒有辦法能夠跟內在的源頭連結。只有這些東西釋放了，這些阻礙的東西才能夠清掉。

For one to grow, all self-created negativity must be fully released. Until these are let go  from within, the path to the inner self remains blocked, cutting off the connection to your Higher Self and to the Source within. Only when they are released can the obstacles be cleared away.
