能量比較高，我們都是用心來主導比較多，心是整體的能量，所以我們想的、看的意識比較整體，能量不會消耗。一回到我們頭腦的意識，頭腦的意識是個體的能量，頭腦意識越強，能量就消失越快。當然也要給自己足夠的愛，鼓勵自己，一次又一次，最後你就可以完全地去實現。

When energy is high, we are guided more by the heart. The heart's energy is holistic, so our thoughts and perspective become more holistic, and energy is not consumed.  Once we return to the mind's consciousness, we return to individual energy.  The stronger the mind, the faster energy drains away. Give yourself enough love. Encourage yourself, again and again, and eventually you will fully realize it.
