因為來到這裡能量比較高，我們都是用心來主導比較多，心是整體的能量，所以我們想的看的意識也比較整體，能量不會消耗。一回去以後，回到我們頭腦的意識，頭腦的意識是個體的能量，頭腦意識越強，能量就消失越快，當然這個也要給自己足夠的愛也要鼓勵自己，一次又一次，最後你就可以完全的去實現。

The reason is that the energy is higher here and our hearts guide us. Heart carries integral energy of the whole. So we see and think with more integrated consciousness, our energy won’t be exhausted then. After leaving here, we are back to our mind consciousness, which carries individual energy. The stronger the mind consciousness is, the faster the energy gets exhausted. But still we have to give ourselves enough love and encouragement, too. Again and again, at last you will completely achieve it.
