你的頻率、能量如果處在比較低的時候，有可能會連結振動頻率比較低的能量。平常能量要維持一定的高度，你就不會共振這些低頻率的。頻率比較高的時候，你連結的是光的能量，不會是不好的能量。

If your frequency and energy are low, you may connect with energies of lower frequency. So in daily life, keep your energy at a certain height.  In this way, you will not resonate with lower vibrations.  When your frequency is higher, what you connect with is the energy of light, not negative energy.
