情緒是你們的孩子，感覺是你們的老師。你們有情緒無法理解的事情，就是在情緒一直在告訴別人，我無法理解這種事情，所以才有這個情緒出現，感覺就是更高的了解，所以當然感覺就是你的老師。

Emotion is your child, feeling is your teacher.When you have something that emotion can’t understand, you keep telling others with emotion.I can’t understand this thing, so I become emotional.  Feeling is higher understanding, so feeling is certainly your teacher.
