我們的靈魂有時候會處在光明的狀態，有時候會處在黑暗的狀態

但是聖靈祂是同時處在光明之中也在黑暗之中，光明也跟黑暗都是同一個能量創造出來的

這也就是讓我們學會去融入這兩股能量，要讓我們每一個人找到自己的平衡。

Sometimes our souls stay in a bright state, while sometimes in a dark state. 

But the Holy Spirit stays in both the bright and the dark states at the same time. 

Brightness and darkness comes from the same energy.  It allows us to learn to integrate these two energies and find our own balance.
