In the past, people practice meditation everyday in order to grow spiritually but it was too slow. In reality, we are always interconnected with all of existence, constantly linking to the web of consciousness. Our growth is now a thousandfold faster. Meditation is just one stage; when you can resonate with all energies around you, the speed and depth of your realization will increase dramatically.
