In spiritual practice, confidence is essential. When you are fully confident and stable, no longer susceptible to falling back, you will continue rising to a higher dimension. The negative energies won't affect you. Whenever you close your eyes, you'll find stillness, with a mind free of thoughts and fully aware of energies.
