泡茶要維持在一個程度其實不簡單，我們修行的觀念，隨時隨地都要放鬆，有時候我們的想法會影響整個香氣。要維持，從頭到尾是有點挑戰。持續的愛心也是一樣，我們越想往前走的時候，周圍的干擾、挑戰也會越大，我們要維持一貫的心並不容易，你只要不往前走就沒事，一往前走就有挑戰。

When brewing tea, maintaining a certain state is no easy task. In spiritual practice, we must remain relaxed at all times, in all circumstances. Even a fleeting thought can alter the fragrance of the tea. Sustaining this ease from start to finish is a challenge. The same applies to love—when we seek to move forward, external disturbances and challenges grow stronger. Maintaining a steady heart in love is not easy. If you choose to stay where you are, there is no resistance, but the moment you take a step forward, challenges arise.
