我們每一個過程有時候會停頓，我們沒有不斷的去融合更多的能量，因為我們受到很多概念所束縛，所以要不斷拿掉很多過去的經驗概念，不然你就沒辦法進入創造的時空，所以要不斷的更新創造力。有時候如果能量流動不夠的時候，就會停滯在那個階段，再走過一個新的階段就不會了，能量就會更新。

At times, our growth may seem to pause. It is because we have not continuously merged with the greater flow of energy. We are confined by the concepts we hold.  We must consistently release past experiences and concepts; otherwise, we cannot enter the space of creation. It is essential to keep renewing our creativity. When energy does not flow, it stagnates at that stage. But once we pass through a new phase, the energy will be fresh again.
