2024/10/21 地球是在一直調整，高等世界當然沒有這些災難，因為它沒有這些負能量。The Earth is undergoing constant adjustments. Naturally, higher realms do not experience such disasters because they doesn’t have these negative energy.
2024/10/20 我們身心也是一直在平衡，情緒是通往我們靈魂的捷徑，但是不能被情緒控制，一直在調整、平衡。Our body and spirit are constantly seeking balance, where emotions act as a shortcut path to the soul. Yet we must not be controlled by emotions.  Continuously adjust, align, and balance yourself.
2024/10/19 不平衡的時候，情緒就多，就跟地球一樣，雨水下太多的時候，水庫如果不泄洪、不放掉一些，就會危及它的安全。When we are unbalanced, emotions accumulate, just like the earth. When too much rain falls and the reservoir does not discharge or release some of the water, it endangers the land.
2024/10/18 我們每一個災難都是必須清理的過程。Every disaster that occurs is a necessary part of the cleansing process.
2024/10/17 讓地球不會消失掉，就只有一直清理，減少整個負面的張力，才能夠維持。Only through continuous cleansing, which reduces the tension of negative forces, can we sustain the balance of the planet.
2024/10/16 看著每一天電視報道這個地方災難、那個地方災難，我們理解必須清理的東西，不清理就會危及我們地球的生存。As we watch reports of disasters happening in various parts of the world on TV, we understand that a cleansing process is necessary. Without it, the survival of our planet is at risk.
2024/10/15 以前我們辦國際茶會，回想我們每一場都有特殊的原因。一般人當然不會知道這個茶會有多大的效益。For every international tea party we held in the past, each one had a unique purpose, in retrospect. Of course, most people wouldn’t understand just how beneficial and significant these parties were.
2024/10/14 來喝茶，大家能量高的時候才不會空洞。When we drink tea together,  in the presence of elevated energies, one does not feel empty.
2024/10/13 你看全世界的災難，都是不斷在清理，越清理就越來越凶猛。When you look at all the disasters unfolding around the world, you see a continuous process of purging—with every purge, the disasters grow more intense.
2024/10/12 地球非常需要你們覺醒的能量。The Earth greatly needs the energy of your awakening.
