The reason we drink tea is to evolve at anytime—to let go of the past, to break out of old patterns and enter new ones. Yet for this world to evolve and release rigid structures is not easy. That is why we must keep training—each effort is for our growth and practice. Only through continuous practice can you naturally enter into a higher level of consciousness in everyday life.
