服務、多服務、多服務！因為服務，你累積的能量才可以幫助你更快。有的人學習安靜打坐，很容易就進入我們自己的意識去引導，有的人已經花了很長時間，就坐在那邊枯坐，也沒有達到。因為你的能量沒有流動，付出的不夠多。不付出，你的空間沒有辦法連結更多的能量，問題就是這個融合的過程。你必須要不斷的付出，才有可能融合這些能量，如果你的意識沒有辦法融合，就要花很長時間的訓練過程。

Serve—serve more, and serve even more! Only through service can the energy you accumulate help you progress more quickly. Some people learn to sit quietly in meditation and easily enter into their own consciousness for guidance. Others may sit for a long time in stillness, yet never reach that state. This is because their energy isn’t flowing as they haven’t given enough. Without giving, your space cannot connect to greater energy. The challenge lies in this process of integration. Only through continual giving can you begin to merge with these energies. If your consciousness cannot yet harmonize with them, it will require a long period of training.
