在進化成長的過程，有時候會出現能量堵住的問題。有時候我們處在二元性太強烈的時候，能量不會流動的時候，就會堵住。堵住的時候我們會跟所有的能量都沒辦法連結，自己也會處在一個很難受的狀態。但是有問題是正常的，要加快的調整，不能同一個問題停留在一個空間太長時間。

In the process of inner evolution and growth, energy may sometimes become blocked. When duality is too strong and energy stops flowing, stagnation sets in. In that state, we lose connection with the energies around us and feel unsettled or uneasy. But having challenges is part of the journey. What matters is to adjust quickly—do not remain in the same space with the same issue for too long.
