你再嚴重，只要在高的能量，坐在這裡，你頭腦不會再想負面的，當然就會進化，所以就會清理。能量沒那麼高的時候，坐下來，你的頭腦控制不住，因為你們意識還沒有辦法連結比較深的內在，就很容易受外在的影響。

No matter how serious your situation is, as long as you're in a place with a high enough energy level, like sitting here, your mind will stop dwelling on negative thoughts. In such state, you'll naturally evolve, and things will clear up. When your energy isn't as high, your mind is uncontrollable  because you haven't yet connected deeply enough with your inner self, making you vulnerable to external influences.
