為了保護這個地球還能存活，只有釋放、犧牲一部分的東西，一切都是能量的交換。你要成長，也一定會接收很多過去創造的負面的東西，感恩接受這是必須的。每一樣東西有陰就有陽，你沒有創造，當然就不需要；創造出來的，就一定會回到我們的身上。

To ensure the survival of the Earth, we must release and sacrifice something—everything is an exchange of energy.  As you grow, you inevitably receive the negative aspects what you have been created before. Be grateful and accept it, as it is necessary for growth.  Everything has both yin and yang. What has not been created will not return to you, and what has been created will always come back to us.
