你只要理解，就跟著你的心的感覺去實行，這是最簡單的東西。如果像過去，我們如果裝很多很多的東西，實際上到最後，你沒有一樣能夠去實行的，結果反而對你有阻礙、有障礙。所以再好的知識，是因為經過你的心融合了以後、你能夠理解以後，才會成為你的東西，這才是最重要的。

As much as you understand, you can follow the feelings of your heart to put it into practice—this is the easiest way. In the past, we would accumualte a lot of knowledge  in our head, but in the end, none could be put into practice, and it only became an obstacle. The true knowledge becomes yours only after your heart understands and integrates it. This is the most important.
