茶會我們品品茶、唱唱歌，輕鬆愉快就可以了，真正的道其實就一句話而已，沒有那麼復雜。但是因為我們的頭腦，長時間接受這個世界的東西，我們沒有辦法一下子就能夠領悟、碰觸到這個能量，所以我們要一點一點的去理解、去吸收，讓我們一步一步的往內在更深入自己。

At tea parties, we simply drink tea and sing songs, keeping things relaxed and joyful. The real Tao can actually be expressed in a few words; it's not that complicated. Since our mind has been shaped by the world for so long, we can't instantly grasp or connect with this energy. Thus, we shall gradually understand and absorb it, little by little, taking one step at a time, and going ever deeper into ourselves.
