年齡不是問題，重要的是什麼時候我們的觀念真正能夠放下，當然我們很簡單放下了就很好，但是你也不可能說放下就放下，阻礙你的都是我們的每一個想法思想，因為我們的頭腦就是一直想要拿起來，所以你看看越抓越難。當你手一伸開，放下了，你跟宇宙所有萬物連結在一起，你就是萬物，萬物就是你。

Age is not the issue; what truly matters is when we can genuinely let go of our concepts. Of course, it is wonderful if we can simply let go easily. However, it’s not easy to let go. What hinders us are all our thoughts and ideas, as the mind tends to hold on tightly.  The more you cling to something, the harder it becomes. When you open your hand and let go, you connect with all things in the universe. You are everything, and everything is you.
