我們一直抓，當然我們很有限，也很不容易。只要你自己領悟，自己努力，你努力累積到那個地方，一直保有這種愛的意識，很快樂的過生活，有一天你就會領悟到。當你領悟的一剎那，你終於才懂，你自己內在的光顯現了。

We keep striving, and naturally, our abilities are limited and it's not easy. As long as you seek understanding and make consistent efforts, you will eventually reach a certain point.  By maintaining an awareness of love and living a jouful life, one day insight will dawn upon you. In that moment of enlightenment, you'll finally understand, the light within you will have emerged.
